Tuesday, October 2, 2007 7:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

•  One (1) 6-foot skirted table (skirt color-blue)
• Two (2) chairs
• One (1) Conference Registration  hotel accommodations are NOT covered by your registration fee

Non-Profit $1,500
