2007 Youth Track: Ready to Lead

Launched in 2001, CHCI’s Ready to Lead aims to motivate, educate and empower 160 Latino high school students through trainings and educational sessions. The concept is
simple—to coalesce high school students ages 14–18 and sharpen their leadership skills through the use of talented alumni who have gone through similar development processes.

Ready to Lead provides students with the tools to become civically engaged and involved in their communities. Topics range from higher education to financial literacy to social responsibility.
