Season's Greetings!

The CHCI Alumni Association (CHCI-AA) wishes you and your family a joyous holiday season.

We’d also like to thank you for your generous support.  In 2011, CHCI Alumni donated their time, talents, and financial resources to help positively impact hundreds of young Latinos’ lives.  Without your help, CHCI’s vital programs— Ready to Lead, scholarships, internships, and fellowships—wouldn’t have been possible.

This year also launched CHCI-AA’s $30 for 30 campaign—celebrating 30 years of the Public Policy Fellowship program.  Alumni have already raised over $7,200 this year to support CHCI programs.  Consider a tax-deductible contribution today and help us reach $8,000 by the end of the year.

Click here to make your individual contribution of $30 or more and help us Keep the Promise to the next generation of talented young LatinosNOTE:  Be sure to select "Yes" when answering "Are you a CHCI Alumnus?"  Then, select "Support of CHCI's Fellowship Program."

CHCI is tax-exempt under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code. All grants and contributions to CHCI are tax deductible to the extent permitted by federal law.

Update your contact information through the new CHCI Alumni Portal

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s Alumni Association (CHCI-AA) thanks you for staying in touch with us since you finished your CHCI program!  It is always great to hear about your accomplishments and new endeavors.  Whether working in Congress, federal government, private or nonprofit sectors, our alumni are powerful Latino leaders who are making a difference in our community.

CHCI has made tremendous strides in developing and advancing new generations of Latino leaders.  Today, the CHCI-AA is more than 2,000 alumni strong!  Our association is proud of its progress and growth.

The association recognizes the positive influence that CHCI has had in our careers as well as the support we continue to provide to CHCI.  It is the association's job is to ensure that this relationship continues to flourish.  To that end, we are diligently working to build the CHCI Alumni Portal, an online alumni directory, and request your support in providing your updated contact information.

The CHCI Alumni Portal will allow us to strengthen the CHCI Alumni community and support communications between alumni, the association, and CHCI.  It will also allow us to network with each other, to disseminate job postings and other professional development opportunities, and to distribute information about events.

On the left column of this web page, you will notice the Alumni Portal Login.  If you have not signed up yet, please do so; it is your entry point to creating your alumni contact profile for the portal. If you already have a profile, simply login in and you will automatically be directed to your profile page to review and update your information.

We look forward to hearing from you and enlisting your help in keeping the promise to the next generation of Latino Leaders.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at chcialumni@chci.org or CHCI’s Alumni Liaison, Saul Peña at spena@chci.org
