Ways to Give
Thank you for your interest in CHCI. Since its inception in 1978, philanthropy has played a critical role in CHCI's ability to reach out to, support and train a new generation of Latino leaders. CHCI was founded on three cornerstones for success:
- Education attainment and college access
- Leadership development
- Access to a powerful network of Latino leaders
Today, CHCI is the nation’s premier Hispanic nonprofit and nonpartisan 501(c) (3) leadership organization that develops the next generation of Latino leaders by building upon those same three cornerstones.
CHCI programs educate, empower, and connect nearly 1,600 young Latino men and women annually. Many are first in their family to go to college, and the majority come from families with annual incomes of less than $45,000. CHCI’s unique model of educational services and leadership development – promoting college readiness, supporting college attainment and providing direct access to the most powerful network of leaders – helps ensure career success and has put thousands of young people on a pathway to achieving the American Dream.
We invite you to write the next chapter in our success story by transforming the life of a great future Latino leader, investing in our nation's future, and guaranteeing a strong America for us all.
We invite you to be part of Our Time!
Hispanics are the fastest growing ethnic segment, expected to grow 167% from 2010 to 2050, compared to 42% for the total population. With this accelerated growth, the need to support our Latino youth with education and leadership training has never been so great. The strength of the U.S. is tied to the success of U.S. Hispanics.
There are many ways you can support CHCI's mission to Develop the Next Generation of Latino Leaders®. From corporation to individuals, CHCI provides convenient and effective giving opportunities that support CHCI's award-winning programs. All gifts, no matter how large or small, sustain and expand our award-winning programs. Your generosity will make a difference in the lives of hundreds of young Latinos each year.
