2011 CHCI Hispanic Heritage Month Events Summary

With combined attendance of more than 4,500 people, the Public Policy Conference, Reyes of Comedy, and Annual Awards Gala demonstrated how effectively CHCI is Keeping the Promise through unity, strength, and leadership.  Once again CHCI’s premier events launched the national celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.

CHCI would like to thank our generous sponsors and event attendees.  Through their support of our Hispanic Heritage Month events, CHCI is able to fulfill its mission of Keeping the Promise to develop the next generation of Latino leaders by raising the majority of our revenue to fund CHCI’s critical activities—Ready to Lead (R2L), Scholarships, Congressional Internship Program, Public Policy Fellowship Program, Graduate Fellowship Program, and our robust online Education Center.
