
Prepare to laugh nonstop with the hilariously funny Paul Rodriguez at CHCI’s 11th Annual Reyes of Comedy on Tuesday, September 13. Held at the historic Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C., event proceeds will benefit CHCI’s award-winning programs that support 1,300 young Latinos annually.
Comedic All-Star Paul Rodriguez Confirmed
Comedian and actor Paul Rodriguez will share his life experiences of growing up as a Hispanic American while providing a comedic portrayal of current issues impacting the Hispanic community. Always a crowd pleaser, Rodriguez has entertained audiences around the world over for 30 years.
Rodriguez will headline CHCI’s comedy show that also features popular comedians Shayla Rivera and Mike Robles. Shayla Rivera was named the “funniest Latina comedian” by Latina 2015 and appeared in Paul Rodriguez’s Latin All Stars of Comedy DVD special. Emmy Award winner Mike Robles is one of the top Latino stand-up comedians in the country. Both Rivera and Robles will delight the audience with humorous insights into Hispanic life in America.

Keeping the Promise is a five-year campaign to raise $43 million to strengthen and expand the reach and scope of our high school college readiness program, annual scholarships and other college attainment efforts, and professional development programs, including internships and fellowships.
Our programs draw from a national group of young Latinos and provide the financial support, resources, and direct work experience on Capitol Hill to develop a pipeline of highly talented young Latino Leaders.
