The Conference assembles Latino leaders, experts and scholars to participate in timely discussions of major policy issues affecting the Latino community. Key issues on the agenda include: corporate responsibility, economy and workforce, education, financial services, green economy, health, health care reform, immigration reform, international relations, labor, redistricting, and technology.
An important component of the Conference, the Ready to Lead (R2L) program, also educates and engages high school students in the policy discussions while preparing them for college. Job and internship seekers visit CareerLider LIVE to interact with recruiters about employment opportunities and strategic initiatives spearheaded by participating companies and organizations.
REYES OF COMEDY
Laughter echoes through the nation's capitol while rising and seasoned Latino talent takes the stage at the Warner Theatre in support of CHCI's nationally recognized programs. Reyes of Comedy presents a humorous portrait of Hispanic American life and celebrated Latino talent in the heart of comic relief. This event provides sponsors the opportunity to enjoy entertainment in a relaxed networking situation.

CHCI's Annual Awards Gala is the largest and most prestigious gathering of Hispanic bipartisan, public and private sector leaders in the nation. Join national leaders, elected officials, corporate executives, educators, and entertainers as we gather to celebrate the achievements of the Latino community. As the hallmark event of Hispanic Heritage Month, the evening provides supporters and friends of CHCI an opportunity to network while honoring the annual Chair's Award(s) and the CHCI Medallion of Excellence honorees.
