*Groups of individual registrants larger than 15 can benefit from a 10 percent promotional rate through August 31, 2012.  To receive the promotional rate, all individual registrants within a group must register together,  with one single payment for the entire group at time of registration, and group registration must be completed through CHCI’s Events Department.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will be accepted through August 17, 2012, and a $50 cancellation processing fee will apply. From August 17 forward, all sales are final. Refunds will be issued less cancellation fees within 10 days following the event. All refunds requests must be submitted in writing to the following:
