CHCI and the U.S. Army Launch the 2003-2004 National Directory of Scholarships, Internships, and Fellowships for Latino Students(WASHINGTON, DC – OCT. 1, 2003) –
Hundreds of regional scholarships, internships and fellowships, as well as Washington, DC opportunities are featured in the 200-page publication.
