10/01/03		CHCI and the U.S. Army Launch the 2003-2004 National Directory CHCI and the U.S. Army recently released the 2003-2004 National Directory of Scholarships, Internships, and Fellowships for Latino Students.  The Directory is the only publication in the U.S. that includes a comprehensive list of scholarships, internships, and fellowships targeting Latino students.

09/24/03		CHCI National Housing Initiative Launched to Bridge Hispanic Homeownership Divide As the rate of homeownership for Latinos continues to lag significantly behind that of the population at large—47 percent vs. 68 percent—a new national housing assistance program has been launched to close the gap.
07/19/03		Entravision’s Star-Studded Concert Raises $25,000 for CHCI  On Saturday, July 19, 2003, Entravision Communication’s Super Estrella, 107.1 FM held its 6th Annual “Reventon” Super Estrella concert at the Arrowhead Pond in Anaheim, CA, raising $25,000 for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s congressional internship, public policy fellowship and college scholarship programs benefiting Latino youth.
06/11/03		CHCI Teams Up with Entravision Communications to Raise Money for its Youth Programs On Saturday July 19th, some of the nation’s top Hispanic leaders will gather at the 6th Annual ”Reventon” Super Estrella, a star-studded concert sponsored by Entravision Communication’s Super Estrella, 107.1 FM, to raise money for the CHCI.
