CHCI's High School Latino Leaders in D.C. Program is an exciting opportunity available to students from select geographic areas. This page can provide you more information for San Antonio area students interested in applying for the program. I live in San Antonio. How do I know if I'm eligible? In order to be eligible to apply, students from the San Antonio area must reside in Bexar County. Not sure what county you live in? Click the link to visit Bexar County's website, which list all the towns within it. In addition to meeting one of the geographic requirements, students must: Be a current 9th, 10th, or 11th grade student Demonstrate interest in learning more about civic engagement While we do require applicants share their grades and a copy of their transcript, there is no minimum GPA requirement to apply.
