Inspire Future Leaders in Your Area by Supporting CHCI’s High School Latino Leaders in D.C. Program!
|
CHCI’s distinctive leadership development program, High School Latino Leaders in D.C., relies completely on our funders’ generous support. Through individual, business, and foundation support, CHCI is able to bring 40 future Latino leaders to spend a week in our nation’s capital each summer. Because this program is made possible at no cost to our student participants, applicants are only sought from regions where CHCI has already secured funding. We are working hard to expand this program, but we need partners who are willing to support students from their local communities. We need you! All it takes is a $1,500 contribution to change a young Latino’s life and spark a lifetime passion for civic engagement. Individual and small business contributions of $1,500 are combined with matching funds from the program’s founding partner State Farm Insurance Companies to fully fund one student. |

Individuals also have the option of forming a small regional fund with their colleagues. By joining together to pool financial resources, the program can expand and fund participants from the local area.

By sharing leads with CHCI, we will contact these potential supporters and, hopefully, secure the financial support to include Latino students from your area.
